How to Make an Animated Gif

Hi Guest!

In this tutorial, I will show you how to make your own animated gif! For my examples, I have used very simple pictures, which took a matter of minutes to make, but when you try, maybe make more advanced and detailed pictures. Here I am going to make a police siren New Topic Button.

1) The Programs
The Programs you will need are as followed:
The GIMP (or another image designer)
Photofiltre (To convert the pictures)
UnFrEEz (To make the actual animation)

2) The Pictures
First of all, you need to make the pictures. Once you have made them, save them in a .png format. Here are mine:

3) Conversion
Now to convert your .png pictures to .gif pictures. For this, open up PhotoFiltre, then go to file >> open then choose your picture. Then go to file >> save and save it in .gif format. Repeat this process with all your images.

4) The Animation
Now to make the animation. So go ahead and open up UnFrEEz. Then from your folder, drag and drop your .gif pictures into the white box. Then to the right, make sure loop animation is checked, and type in the Frame Delay 30. Next, click Make Animated GIF, and name your file. There you have it! Your own animated GIF!
